POYWX: Signal Cascade uygulamasını indirerek ya da kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.
1. Lisans
Bu uygulama, Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (Standard EULA) koşullarıyla lisanslanır. Aşağıdaki maddeler o sözleşmeye ektir; bir çelişki hâlinde tüketici lehine olan hüküm uygulanır.
Size, uygulamayı Apple hesabınıza bağlı cihazlarda kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla kullanmanız için devredilemez bir lisans verilir. Uygulamayı kaynak koda dönüştüremez, kiralayamaz, yeniden dağıtamaz ya da içindeki varlıkları ayrı bir üründe kullanamazsınız.
2. POYWX Pro aboneliği
Uygulama ücretsiz oynanır. POYWX Pro, sınırsız Endless Mode ve Pro'ya özel içerik ekleyen isteğe bağlı, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Temel oyun abonelik olmadan tam olarak oynanabilir.

Fiyatlar ABD doları üzerinden referans olarak verilmiştir. Ödemeyi yaparken uygulama içinde ve App Store'da kendi ülkenizin para biriminde geçerli fiyat gösterilir; Apple'ın bölgesel fiyat matrisi nedeniyle bu tutar yukarıdakinden farklı olabilir. Bağlayıcı olan, satın alma ekranında gördüğünüz fiyattır.
Yenilenme, iptal ve iade
- Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
- Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce kapatılmadığı sürece kendiliğinden yenilenir.
- Yenileme ücreti, dönemin bitmesine 24 saat kalan süre içinde tahsil edilir.
- Aboneliğinizi Ayarlar → [adınız] → Abonelikler yolundan istediğiniz an yönetebilir ya da kapatabilirsiniz. Kapatma, o an içinde bulunduğunuz dönemin sonunda yürürlüğe girer.
- Ücretsiz deneme sunulduğu durumlarda, deneme bitmeden aboneliği kapatmazsanız ücret tahsil edilir; denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı, aynı içerik için bir abonelik satın alındığında kaybolur.
- Satın almalar Apple tarafından işlenir; iade talepleri de reportaproblem.apple.com üzerinden Apple'a iletilir. Geliştirici olarak tahsilat yapmadığımız için iadeyi doğrudan gerçekleştiremeyiz.
Satın alımları geri yükleme
Cihaz değiştirdiğinizde ya da uygulamayı yeniden kurduğunuzda, ödeme duvarındaki Satın Alımları Geri Yükle ile aboneliğiniz aynı Apple hesabında ücretsiz olarak geri gelir.
3. Sunucu yok, hesap yok
POYWX'i kullanmak için hesap açmanız gerekmez. Oyun ilerlemeniz cihazınızda tutulur. Ayrıntı için Gizlilik Politikası.
4. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız. Bu madde, tüketici mevzuatının size tanıdığı ve sözleşmeyle sınırlanamayan hakları etkilemez.
5. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

By downloading or using POYWX: Signal Cascade you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the app.
1. Licence
This app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement. The clauses below are additional to it; if the two conflict, whichever term is more favourable to the consumer applies.
You are granted a non-transferable licence to use the app on devices tied to your Apple Account, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, rent out, redistribute the app, or reuse its assets in a separate product.
2. POYWX Pro subscription
The app is free to play. POYWX Pro is an optional, auto-renewing subscription that adds unlimited Endless Mode and Pro-only content. The core game is fully playable without it.

Prices are given in US dollars for reference. At the point of purchase, both the app and the App Store show the price in your local currency, which may differ from the figures above because of Apple's regional pricing matrix. The price shown on the purchase screen is the binding one.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you are currently in.
- Where a free trial is offered, you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends; any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription to the same content.
- Purchases are processed by Apple, and refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. As the developer we do not take the payment, so we cannot issue the refund ourselves.
Restoring purchases
If you change device or reinstall the app, Restore Purchases on the paywall brings your subscription back at no cost on the same Apple Account.
3. No servers, no account
POYWX does not require an account. Your progress stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
4. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here affects consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.
