POYWX'in sunucusu yoktur. Hesap açmanız istenmez, e-postanız sorulmaz, oyun verisi hiçbir yere gönderilmez. Uygulama sizi tanımlayan hiçbir bilgi toplamaz, saklamaz ve aktarmaz.

Bu iki kalem de bize ulaşmaz. Uygulamayı silerseniz cihazdaki bu veriler de silinir.
2. Toplanmayanlar
Açıkça belirtmek gerekirse, POYWX şunları istemez ve toplamaz:
ad, e-posta, telefon konum rehber fotoğraf sağlık verisi reklam kimliği (IDFA) cihaz parmak izi kullanım analitiği çökme raporu
Uygulamada üçüncü taraf reklam ağı, analitik SDK'sı ya da izleme çerçevesi bulunmaz. Bu nedenle Apple'ın App Tracking Transparency izni hiç istenmez: isteyecek bir sebep yoktur.
3. Ödemeler
POYWX Pro aboneliği Apple tarafından işlenir. Kart bilgileriniz Apple'a gider, bize gelmez; biz kart numarasını, adresi ya da fatura bilgisini hiçbir aşamada görmeyiz. Apple bize yalnız toplulaştırılmış satış raporu verir ve bu raporda tek tek kullanıcılar yer almaz. Apple'ın bu işleme ilişkin politikası: apple.com/legal/privacy.
4. Çocuklar
POYWX çocuklara yönelik bir uygulama değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz. Zaten hiç kimseden kişisel veri toplanmadığı için, çocuklara ait bir veri de oluşmaz.
5. Haklarınız (KVKK · GDPR · CCPA)
Erişim, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz ve taşınabilirlik hakları, ancak elimizde sizinle ilişkilendirilebilir bir veri varsa kullanılabilir. POYWX'te böyle bir veri oluşmadığı için bize iletebileceğiniz bir silme talebi de doğmaz: silmek istediğiniz her şey zaten yalnız sizin cihazınızdadır ve uygulamayı kaldırmanız yeterlidir.
CCPA: Kişisel veri satmıyor ve paylaşmıyoruz; hiç toplamadığımız için satacak bir şey yok.
GDPR: Kişisel veri işlemediğimizden, bu politika kapsamında bir işleme hukuki dayanağı (madde 6) gerekmemektedir.
Yine de bir sorunuz varsa brkekahraman@icloud.com adresine yazabilirsiniz; 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.
6. Değişiklikler
Politika değişirse bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihi güncellenir. Uygulamanın veri davranışını değiştiren bir güncelleme yapılırsa, değişiklik uygulama içinde de duyurulur.

Short answer
POYWX has no server. You are never asked to create an account or hand over an email address, and no game data is sent anywhere. The app collects, stores and transmits nothing that identifies you.
1. What is processed

Neither of these reaches us. Deleting the app deletes them from the device as well.
2. What is not collected
To be explicit, POYWX does not ask for and does not collect:
name, email, phone location contacts photos health data advertising identifier (IDFA) device fingerprint usage analytics crash reports
The app contains no third-party ad network, analytics SDK or tracking framework. That is why Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt is never shown: there would be nothing to ask for.
3. Payments
The POYWX Pro subscription is processed by Apple. Your card details go to Apple, not to us; at no point do we see a card number, address or billing detail. Apple gives us aggregated sales reports only, and those do not identify individual users. Apple's policy for this processing: apple.com/legal/privacy.
4. Children
POYWX is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them. Since no personal data is collected from anyone, no data about a child is created either.
5. Your rights (GDPR · CCPA · KVKK)
Rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability apply where we hold data that can be linked to you. POYWX creates no such data, so there is no erasure request to send us: everything you might want deleted is already only on your device, and removing the app is enough.
CCPA: we do not sell or share personal information; having collected none, there is nothing to sell.
GDPR: as no personal data is processed, no Article 6 lawful basis is engaged under this policy.

6. Changes
If this policy changes, the change is published on this page and the effective date above is updated. If an update ever changes the app's data behaviour, the change is announced inside the app as well.
