Reading, notes and the guide

Choose “Personalize your reading” before taking a photo. Your focus and optional zodiac sign affect new readings. Open “Why this reading?” to see its inputs. Existing entries keep their original text.

Open an entry and choose “Your reflection” to write a private note. Tap the cloud suggestion to compare it with the guide and record your own observation. You can choose “Not sure”; a single photo does not always identify a cloud reliably.

Sharing a card

Tap “Share this sky”, choose a post, story or square, and preview the result. The personal-prompt switch changes the text on the card. Then choose a destination in the system share sheet. Available apps depend on what is installed and what content they accept. Private journal notes are excluded.

A reading did not save

If you see a save error, use the retry option while keeping the app open. A failed journal save does not consume the daily reading or a credit. If storage remains unavailable, free device space and try again. Avoid deleting the app to fix a save problem: this can remove local entries and credits.

Purchases, credits and restoration

Restore Purchases refreshes eligible subscriptions associated with your Apple account. Finished consumable credits are kept in local app storage and are not restored like a subscription after deletion or on another device. Skry currently does not provide account-based credit or journal sync.

If a purchase is awaiting delivery, reopen Skry before buying again. An unfinished credit transaction is retried; the same transaction is not credited twice. If it still does not arrive, contact support with the Apple transaction details, never your payment card details.

To manage or cancel an auto-renewing subscription, use your Apple account's Subscriptions settings. Apple controls trial eligibility and billing. Refund requests go through Apple's Report a Problem.
