Neuma is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to every app on the App Store. These terms sit alongside it and describe the parts specific to Neuma.
Neuma Plus is an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly and yearly. The price shown in the app is the App Store's own price for your region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
The free tier is complete and does not expire. Capture, vault, search, graph, synthesis, Mind Bridge, and export are all available without paying. The free tier mirrors the 250 most recent items between your devices; Plus lifts that cap. Items beyond it are never deleted.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by me. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. I have no ability to charge you, refund you, or see your payment details.
Your notes are yours. I claim no licence over them and have no access to them. Because there is no server-side copy, I also cannot recover them for you if you delete them — keep an export if that matters.
If you configure Mind Bridge, you contract directly with the provider whose key you supply. Their terms, their pricing, and their handling of what you send are between you and them. Neuma neither resells their service nor guarantees its output.
Neuma is provided as is. It is a place to keep and reconnect your own thinking, not a backup service, not a medical or legal tool, and not a guarantee against data loss. Keep an export of anything you cannot afford to lose.
