The licensed agreement for VagoTakt is Apple's Standard EULA. No custom licence agreement is used, and none is filed with App Store Connect. The in-app Terms of Use link on the purchase screen opens exactly this document: Apple Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. This page is not a second licence — it sets out the subscription details Apple requires a seller to publish, plus what the app is and is not. Where anything here differs from the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA governs.

Das lizenzierte Vertragswerk für VagoTakt ist die Apple Standard-EULA. Es wird kein eigener Lizenzvertrag verwendet, und in App Store Connect ist keiner hinterlegt. Standard licence. VagoTakt is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of VagoTakt is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which applies to every app distributed through the App Store unless a custom agreement is provided. VagoTakt uses that standard agreement. You can read it here: Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA). The terms on this page are in addition to it; if the two ever conflict, the Apple Standard EULA prevails.
What the app is. VagoTakt is a wellness app that paces slow breathing with haptics on Apple Watch and displays your own Health data trends. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or monitor any disease or condition, it is not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. If you feel unwell, stop and seek advice.
Subscription (VagoTakt Pro). The app itself is a one-time purchase. VagoTakt Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks the advanced rhythms and the 5- and 10-minute sessions.
Purchases and refunds. All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms; we cannot issue them ourselves. Contact Apple Support for billing questions.
Privacy. VagoTakt collects no data. See the Privacy Policy.
No warranty. The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
Changes. If these terms change, the new version is posted at this address before it takes effect.

Sie diagnostiziert, behandelt, heilt, verhütet und überwacht keine Krankheit und keinen Zustand, sie ist kein Medizinprodukt, und sie ersetzt keine Beratung durch eine qualifizierte Fachperson. Wenn Sie sich unwohl fühlen, hören Sie auf und holen Sie ärztlichen Rat ein.
Abonnement (VagoTakt Pro). Die App selbst ist ein einmaliger Kauf. VagoTakt Pro ist ein optionales, automatisch verlängerbares Abonnement, das die erweiterten Rhythmen und die 5- und 10-Minuten-Sitzungen freischaltet.
Käufe und Erstattungen. Alle Käufe und Abonnements werden von Apple abgewickelt. Erstattungen erfolgen durch Apple nach dessen eigenen Bedingungen; wir selbst können keine gewähren. Bei Fragen zur Abrechnung wenden Sie sich an den Apple Support.
Datenschutz. VagoTakt erfasst keine Daten. Siehe die Datenschutzerklärung.
Keine Gewährleistung. Die App wird im gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang „wie besehen“ und ohne jede Gewährleistung bereitgestellt. Nichts hier schränkt Rechte ein, die Ihnen nach zwingendem Verbraucherrecht Ihres Landes zustehen.
Änderungen. Ändern sich diese Bedingungen, wird die neue Fassung vor ihrem Inkrafttreten unter dieser Adresse veröffentlicht.

サブスクリプション（VagoTakt Pro）。アプリ本体は一度限りの 買い切りです。VagoTakt Proは、上級リズムと5分・10分のセッションを解放する、 任意の自動更新サブスクリプションです。
購入と返金。購入とサブスクリプションはすべてAppleが処理します。 返金はApple自身の条件に従ってAppleが取り扱い、当方が返金を行うことはできません。 請求に関するお問い合わせはAppleサポートへ ご連絡ください。
プライバシー。VagoTaktは個人情報を一切収集しません。詳しくは プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
保証について。本アプリは、法律で認められる範囲において「現状有姿」で 提供され、いかなる保証も伴いません。本記載は、お客様の国の強行法規である消費者法に 基づく権利を制限するものではありません。
変更。本条件を変更する場合は、効力が生じる前に新しい版をこの アドレスで公開します。
