PlasticOS collects no data. None. This is also what the App Store privacy label for this app says, in Apple's own words: “The developer does not collect any data from this app.”
There is no sign-up, no sign-in, no profile and no password. The app has no notion of who you are, because it never asks and has nowhere to put the answer.
All 86 procedures and 122 curriculum topics ship inside the app bundle. Nothing is fetched at runtime, so the app works with the network switched off — that is not a resilience feature bolted on, it is the only way it has ever worked. There is no PlasticOS backend to send anything to.
The app contains no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting service of its own, no advertising identifier use and no third-party tracking. Nothing about your reading — which procedure, how long, how often — leaves your device, because nothing about it is recorded anywhere but your device.
Your own app state: what you last read, anything you marked, and which plan the device has unlocked. It lives in the app's own storage on your device, is included in your device backup if you back the device up, and is removed when you delete the app.
Purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. Apple is the merchant of record: Apple takes the payment, holds the receipt and tells the app only whether an entitlement is active. Your payment details are never seen by this app or by its developer. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction: apple.com/legal/privacy.
PlasticOS is a professional reference for surgical trainees and is rated 17+. It is not directed to children and collects nothing from anyone, of any age.
GDPR, KVKK and comparable laws give you rights over personal data a controller holds about you — access, correction, erasure, portability, objection. In this app those rights have nothing to act on: no personal data is collected, so none is held, processed or shared. If you believe otherwise, write to brkekahraman@icloud.com and it will be answered.
If this policy ever changes, the date at the foot of this page changes with it, and the previous text remains in the public commit history of the site's repository.

PlasticOS no recopila ningún dato. Ninguno. Es también lo que dice la etiqueta de privacidad de la App Store: “El desarrollador no recopila ningún dato de esta app.”
No hay registro, ni inicio de sesión, ni perfil, ni contraseña. La app no tiene noción de quién eres, porque nunca lo pregunta ni tiene dónde guardar la respuesta.
Los 86 procedimientos y los 122 temas del plan de estudios viajan dentro de la app. No se descarga nada en tiempo de ejecución, así que funciona con la red apagada. No existe un servidor de PlasticOS al que enviar nada.
La app no incluye ningún SDK de analítica, ningún servicio propio de informes de fallos, ningún uso del identificador de publicidad ni seguimiento de terceros. Nada sobre tu lectura sale del dispositivo, porque no se registra en ningún otro sitio.
Tu propio estado de la app: lo último que leíste, lo que marcaste y qué plan ha desbloqueado el dispositivo. Vive en el almacenamiento de la app, entra en la copia de seguridad de tu dispositivo si la haces, y desaparece si borras la app.
Apple gestiona íntegramente las compras y suscripciones mediante StoreKit. Apple es el vendedor registrado: cobra, guarda el recibo y solo le indica a la app si un derecho está activo. Ni la app ni su desarrollador ven tus datos de pago. Esa transacción se rige por la política de privacidad de Apple: apple.com/legal/privacy.
