The licensed agreement for PlasticOS is Apple's Standard EULA. No custom licence agreement is used and none is filed with App Store Connect. The in-app Terms of Use link opens exactly this document: Apple Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. This page is not a second licence — it sets out the subscription details Apple requires a seller to publish. Where anything here differs from the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA governs.

PlasticOS'un lisans sözleşmesi Apple Standart EULA'dır. Özel bir lisans sözleşmesi kullanılmaz ve App Store Connect'e yüklenmemiştir. What is sold

PGY-1 topics are free and stay free. The paid tiers unlock the rest of the atlas and the curriculum.

Prices are shown in the App Store and inside the app in your local currency before you confirm anything. Apple sets the local price from the tier the developer chooses; the price you see before confirming is the price charged.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions after purchase. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
Any unused portion of a free period, where one is offered, is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It does not renew and cannot be cancelled, because there is nothing recurring to cancel. It can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple Account.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. The developer cannot issue refunds.

What the app is. PlasticOS is a study and reference tool for plastic surgery trainees. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or monitor any condition, it does not give patient-specific advice, and it does not replace supervision, institutional protocol or your own clinical judgement. Treatment decisions remain those of the treating clinician.

Content. The atlas is a reference text. Search (Consult) returns cited passages from that text; it does not generate new prose and does not answer questions the atlas does not cover.

El pago se carga a tu cuenta de Apple al confirmar la compra.
La suscripción se renueva automáticamente salvo que desactives la renovación al menos 24 horas antes del final del periodo en curso. El cargo se realiza dentro de las 24 horas previas al final del periodo.
Puedes gestionar o cancelar la suscripción en Ajustes → tu nombre → Suscripciones. Cancelar detiene la siguiente renovación; el acceso continúa hasta el final del periodo ya pagado.
La parte no utilizada de un periodo gratuito, cuando se ofrece, se pierde al contratar una suscripción.
Lifetime es una compra única: no se renueva y no hay nada recurrente que cancelar. Puede restaurarse en cualquier dispositivo con la misma cuenta de Apple.
Los reembolsos los gestiona Apple en reportaproblem.apple.com.

Qué es la app. PlasticOS es una herramienta de estudio y consulta para residentes de cirugía plástica. No es un producto sanitario. No diagnostica, trata, cura, previene ni monitoriza ninguna condición, no da consejo específico para un paciente y no sustituye la supervisión, el protocolo del centro ni tu propio criterio clínico.
