Nestria
Knowing they're okay — without asking every day.
Her gün sormadan, iyi olduğunu bilmek. · Wissen, dass es ihnen gut geht.
毎日たずねなくても、元気だとわかる。
The alert never arrived
Nestria's alert is scheduled on the family member's
phone in advance, so it needs notification permission there. Open the app →
Settings → Notifications. If it says Off, tap “Turn on notifications”. Without
permission the app can still show today's answer when opened, but it cannot tell
you on its own — and the whole point is that you stop having to check.
I tapped but they don't see it
The check-in is written to your shared iCloud area. If the phone
was offline, it is kept and sent as soon as there is a connection — nothing is
lost. Make sure both people are signed in to iCloud and that the family member has
accepted the share invitation.
Changing when the day is expected
On the family member's phone: Settings → Expected by, and
Then wait. Nestria deliberately limits these to a calm range (between 8:00 and
22:00, with at least half an hour of grace) so that the app can never turn into
an alarm.
I want to switch roles
Settings → My part. Nothing already recorded is lost.
Deleting everything
Deleting the app removes everything stored on that device.
The shared area lives in your own iCloud; you can remove it from
Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage.
