Nestria

Knowing they're okay — without asking every day.
Her gün sormadan, iyi olduğunu bilmek. · Wissen, dass es ihnen gut geht.
毎日たずねなくても、元気だとわかる。

What it does
One person taps “I'm okay” once a day — from their iPhone or straight from their Apple Watch face. The people who care about them see today's answer at a glance. If a day passes without a tap, their phone tells them. Quietly, once.

What it never does

No tracking. No location. No microphone. No step counting. Nestria never says where anyone is or what they are doing — only whether there was word today.

The person checking in is never called “monitored”. There is no red anywhere in the app, and the word emergency does not appear. When a day passes without word, Nestria says exactly that and adds what is usually true: a phone left charging, a long nap.

No account, no server

Nestria has no sign-up, no password and no server of its own. The daily check-in is written to a shared area of your own iCloud using Apple's own sharing. Nothing passes through us, because there is no “us” in the middle.

The alert is not sent from anywhere: it is scheduled on the family member's phone in advance and quietly cancelled the moment word arrives. That is why it keeps working when the network is slow — and why it costs nothing to run.

Not a medical or emergency service

Nestria does not call anyone, contact emergency services, or monitor health. It answers one question once a day, and nothing more.

Write to brkekahraman@icloud.com — one person reads that inbox and answers it. Please say which iOS or watchOS version you are on and what you saw. Longer answers, including how to restore a purchase and how to cancel, are on the support page.
