The licensed agreement for Daylume is Apple's Standard EULA. No custom licence agreement is used, and none is filed with App Store Connect. The in-app Terms of Use link on the purchase screen opens exactly this document: Apple Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. This page is not a second licence — it sets out the subscription details Apple requires a seller to publish, plus what the app is and is not. Where anything here differs from the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA governs.

Standard licence. Daylume is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of Daylume is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which applies to every app distributed through the App Store unless a custom agreement is provided. Daylume uses that standard agreement, and none is filed with App Store Connect. You can read it here: Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA). The terms on this page are in addition to it; if the two ever conflict, the Apple Standard EULA prevails.

What the app is. Golden hour, blue hour, sunrise and sunset on your Apple Watch. Check the next light change, plan another date, and set a local reminder before you head out. Astronomical calculations run on the watch, even offline with a saved location.

Subscription (Daylume Pro). Light times, the day planner, alerts and complications are free. Daylume Pro adds the live Sun/Moon compass and Moon and dark-sky planning. Choose a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription; the local price and period appear before purchase. Manage or cancel through your Apple Account. The new photo plans in 1.5 will also be free.

The subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free period, where offered, is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Purchases and refunds. All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms; we cannot issue them ourselves. Contact Apple Support for billing questions.

Privacy. No account or tracking server. Calculations stay on your watch; Apple purchases, optional place-name lookup and sharing may use the network.

No warranty. The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

Changes. If these terms change, the new version is posted at this address before it takes effect.

Änderungen. Ändern sich diese Bedingungen, wird die neue Fassung vor ihrem Inkrafttreten unter dieser Adresse veröffentlicht.
