Vird is published by Norea Studio (Berke Kahraman). Downloading Vird from the App Store also binds you to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where that agreement and this page disagree, Apple's wins.
Use Vird on the devices tied to your App Store account, for anything lawful, including commercial study. The cards you make are yours.
Resell the app itself, or work around the purchase mechanism. Reverse engineering is permitted only where local law says it must be.
Vird Plus is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your App Store account. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; the app cannot do it for you and neither can I. Prices are shown in your own currency before you buy, by the App Store, not by me.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. I have no ability to issue one, but if something in Vird caused the problem I want to know regardless.
If you enable it, you are using a third-party provider under your own key and your own agreement with them. Their output is suggestions; Vird does not verify that a generated card is correct. Check anything you intend to memorise.
Vird is provided as is. It is maintained by one person. It keeps your data on your device precisely so that a failure on my side cannot take it away from you — but you should still keep your own backup of anything you would be upset to lose.
