Privacy

Antiphon collects no data, sends no data and stores no conversation. There is no account, no server and no network request of any kind.

What is collected

Nothing. Antiphon has no analytics, no crash-reporting SDK, no advertising identifier, no tracking of any kind, and makes no network requests. There is no server to send anything to.

What stays on your device

Your setup choices	Group size, familiarity, minutes, room and posture. Stored locally so the app opens where you left it.
Purchase state	Whether the one-time unlock is active. Verified on device by StoreKit 2; Apple handles the transaction, we never see it.
A photo you choose	Read by Apple's Vision framework on the device to produce a few text labels. The image is never uploaded, never written to disk by the app, and is discarded when the arc is built.
Music in the room	Five seconds of microphone input reduced to three numbers (tempo, energy, brightness). No audio is recorded, saved or transmitted, and no track is identified.
The conversation itself	Not stored at all. Not the prompts you saw, not who answered what. When the arc ends there is nothing to keep.

Permissions

The microphone is the only permission Antiphon ever requests, and only at the moment you tap the button that uses it. Photos are chosen through Apple's photo picker, which does not require library access. Location is never requested.

Children

Antiphon is rated 12+ and is not directed at children. It collects no data from anyone, including children.

Third parties

There are none. No SDKs, no analytics providers, no advertising networks, no subscription intermediaries.

Changes

If this policy ever changes it will be dated here, and the change will be described rather than silently replaced.
