The licensed agreement for VoxWhisper is Apple's Standard EULA. No custom licence agreement is used, and none is filed with App Store Connect. The in-app Terms of Use link on the purchase screen opens exactly this document: Apple Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. This page is not a second licence — it sets out the subscription details Apple requires a seller to publish, plus what the app is and is not. Where anything here differs from the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA governs.

Standard licence. VoxWhisper is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of VoxWhisper is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which applies to every app distributed through the App Store unless a custom agreement is provided. VoxWhisper uses that standard agreement, and none is filed with App Store Connect. You can read it here: Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA). The terms on this page are in addition to it; if the two ever conflict, the Apple Standard EULA prevails.

What the app is. One tap opens the watch's own dictation and the note is saved the moment you stop speaking. VoxWhisper contains no speech-recognition code of its own; watchOS does the transcribing. Audio memos are recorded locally for when talking is faster than dictating.

Subscription (VoxWhisper Pro). VoxWhisper Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks the full note history, audio memos, and complications. The free tier lists the 25 most recent notes. Nothing is ever deleted: notes beyond the 25 are kept and reappear in full if you subscribe.

The subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free period, where offered, is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Purchases and refunds. All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms; we cannot issue them ourselves. Contact Apple Support for billing questions.

Privacy. VoxWhisper has no account and no ads. Text notes are written to your own iCloud key-value store, which belongs to your Apple Account; we have no server in that chain and cannot read them. Audio memos never leave the watch. See the Privacy Policy.

No warranty. The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

Changes. If these terms change, the new version is posted at this address before it takes effect.
